Cheryl has extensive experience in nursing, midwifery and pain management teams within the NHS. She is also qualified in other complementary therapies. She graduated with the Diploma and then the Masters Degree from the esteemed Northern College of Acupuncture, York, where she is now a western medicine and regional tutor. Through her experience, she has grown a deep respect for the powerful yet gentle strength of Acupuncture to treat a wide range of conditions.

As part of her interest in pregnancy and childbirth, she also teaches Hypno-Birthing® and Acupressure Massage workshops to women and their birth partners to facilitate an easier and more enjoyable experience of childbirth.

Cheryl has also trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and is an affiliate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
